v) CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing of all cancellations. Refund will bemade after the congress. The cancellation policy is as follows:


- CANCELLATION ON OR BEFORE DATELINE (1st April)

- 30% handling fee for all refunds and returned cheque

- CANCELLATION AFTER ­DATELINE

- not eligible for refund


vi) LETTER OF INVITATION

The Organising Committee will issue a letter of invitation upon request. The purpose of the letter is to facilitate the delegate's travel and visa arrangements. The invitation does not imply provision of financial or other support.

vii) CERTIFICATE


A certificate of attendance will be issued to all delegates.

viii) LIABILITY


The Organizing Committee will not be liable for personal accidents, loss or damage to private properties of the delegates during the congress. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
